法航荷航「零佣金政策」事件

鑑於有印度高等法院剛頒佈判令，判決16間航空公司的「零佣金」措施，有違IATA規條及當地民航條例，我巳馬上要求將法航及荷航的「零佣金」安排納入最近期的立法會經濟發展事務委員會議程，希望能為註冊旅行代理商爭取合理權益。

A recent India High Count decision and the consequential decision of the Civil Aviation Department of India have provided fresh impetus for IATA travel agents in Hong Kong to take on Air France and KLM on the latter’s lead in introducing Zero Commission in Hong Kong.
I have requested for the matter to be included in the agenda of next earliest meeting of Economic Development Panel of the Legislative Council. Hopefully, the unfairness and damages of Zero commission will be remedied as soon as possible.
